LogicConnect, operated by FAMILY DREAM HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED, operates under customized B2B Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statement of Work (SOW) contracts.
All recurring Managed Print Services (MPS) and Remote IT Support billing structures, retainer fees, and service credits are governed directly by individual corporate service contracts executed between the client and FAMILY DREAM HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED.
In the event of an SLA breach or service disruption, remedies are processed as contractually defined service credits applied to subsequent billing cycles rather than cash refunds.
